Hey Bernie, thanks for the links. As I've been saying for a long time, the only option is to create the kind of community that we want to see and live in. No one else is going to create it for us, not the bar owners or magazine publishers or vast masses of consumerist sleepwalkers in our society (and I say this having been one of them at various points in my life). As Adrienne Rich once wrote, "No one has imagined us." Well, we have imagined us--now we must go out and realize the possibilities we've glimpsed.
